Trisha is based in Los Angeles.  Her upbeat style and transparent approach have proven successful with both her clients and candidates. 

”I truly want to do what is best for the candidate and the client.  If there are issues, let’s bring them to light and address them.  If there is a good fit, then it will work out despite the issues.  If it isn’t a good fit, then hiding them just delays the fall out.”

Trisha holds a BA English, BS Psychology and an MBA.  Trisha spent two years in the benefits and compensation side of the Healthcare sector with Methodist Healthcare System.  She then spent two years in the IT consulting group of Sprint’s e-Solutions business, focusing on the details of compensation and benefits in the fast growing e-business sector.  From there she joined executive search and has specialized in both consulting and industry sectors.  In addition, she spent a year at Infosys Consulting helping to build a successful management consulting arm for the premiere firm coming out of Bangalore, India.
